We met Gintare and David at a wedding videographer show in Nottinghamshire earlier this year. Gintare said as soon as she’d seen our work, she wanted us to be her wedding videographers. When someone is so passionate and sees the value in what we do, it gives us a real buzz. So we were super excited to capture their special day and tell their unique story.

Gintare and David’s wedding was held at Goosedale in Nottinghamshire, the venue is surrounded by rolling fields and has a beautiful tropical garden. I knew as soon as we’d seen the venue that it would be great for portrait shots. Their bride and Groom preparations began in the city centre Nottingham at two luxury apartments, you could feel the excitement in the air in the morning. The ceremony and reception were all in one location at Goosedale, so after preparations we headed over to the venue. The venue was styled beautifully with a circle floral piece at the bottom of the aisle. Gintare clearly has fantastic taste, as you could see from all of the little touches throughout the wedding.

After the ceremony at the reception they were greeted by their family for a Lithuanian welcome. This is where the family welcome the newlyweds with some bread, salt and two glasses of water. This symbolises the foundation of their life together. We then sat down to eat with the guests which was a lovely touch from Gintare and David. Speeches followed and the evening dancing soon after. It was a pleasure to work with the very talented Matt Brown Photography.
